Job and Upskilling

This point targets my current job and my current skill set, which is very limited. This was one of my pain points of 2022 and 2023. I want to overcome this by improving and excelling at my current job by taking ownership and completing more tasks efficiently. This also includes the quality of code I write, along with increasing the depth and breadth of understanding of the ONTIC codebase. This also includes upskilling, whether in tech or any other field, but the core idea is to keep learning and keep upskilling
